Step 3
Your bin must be left out at your council collection point — at the kerb or roadside, where our team can reach it from the street.
Please don't leave it on your driveway, behind a gate or fence, down the side of the house, or in a garden, yard or garage. If we can't reach your bin, we can't empty it and we're unable to refund a missed collection.
Have your bin(s) out and ready by 6:00am. Please allow us until 6pm to collect, as collection times vary.
